Mr Jin — Kapar Meru Industrial Property Agent

Mr Jin is a Registered Estate Negotiator (REN 52095) under BOVAEP Malaysia, specialising in industrial property in the Kapar–Meru industrial belt of Selangor — one of Malaysia's busiest manufacturing and logistics corridors flanking Klang.

Jin began his real estate career in the Nilai industrial cluster, where he worked on factory and warehouse deals for SME manufacturers across Negeri Sembilan. He has since shifted his full focus to the Kapar and Meru industrial corridor in Selangor, serving owners, buyers, and tenants seeking factory or warehouse space close to Port Klang and the North–South Expressway.

Jin is known for two qualities: patience and follow-through. Industrial transactions do not end at signing — there are tenancy handovers, rectification works, utility transfers, and ongoing tenant–owner coordination.
